Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products designed to help local businesses get results. However, due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final unless the following terms are met.

By checking the box at checkout, you explicitly agree to waive your automatic right to cancel under UK and EU consumer law. This is in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which permits waiving the right to cancel when digital content is delivered immediately. Important Legal Notice:

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

By purchasing a subscription-based service (such as Map Pack Pro), you agree to the following terms:

Billing Your subscription will be billed automatically every 30 days from the date of your initial payment.

Charges will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or the service is terminated by us.

All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, depending on your location.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

No further charges will be made after cancellation, but partial month refunds are not provided.

To cancel, please contact [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.

It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date to avoid additional charges.

Access and Delivery Services included in your subscription (such as profile optimization, postings, review automation, etc.) are delivered on a rolling monthly basis.

Access to any associated tools, reports, or communication channels is tied to an active subscription.

Payment Issues:

If a payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, or other issues), we reserve the right to pause service delivery until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Service Interruption

To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately. Within the limits of law, the Owner may also decide to suspend or terminate the Service altogether. If the Service is terminated, the Owner will cooperate with Users to enable them to withdraw Personal Data or information in accordance with applicable law. Additionally, the Service might not be available due to reasons outside the Owner's reasonable control, such as "force majeure" (eg. labor actions, infrastructural breakdowns or blackouts etc).
